Hello! If you are reading this, you probably want to report a bug!

Please be sure to do the following:
    • Specify your platform
      • OS (Windows, Mac, Linux)
      • Version (XP, 7, Ubuntu, Lion, etc)
      • 64/32bit
    • Specify the build you are using (there will be a timestamp visible on the main menu)
    • Include as much information as possible (what map you were on, screenshots, videos, etc)
    • Include an output log, crash report or launcher log as required (see below for info)
    • Scan through the Bug Reports forum to ensure your issue hasn't already been posted
    • Check to make sure that your bug isn't listed in the known issues
    • Only post one bug per thread
    • Only post bug reports in the bug reports forum
    Posting Output Logs
In addition, a log is created by the game every time you play. Posting this will help resolve some issues. Please note that this file is wiped every time the game launches, so ensure the bug you are reporting happened during your last play session. The location of the log can be found in the following location based on OS:
    Windows
    OS X
    Linux

    Posting Crash Reports
If you are reporting a crash, please include the crash report. These are stored in time-stamped folders within the game directory. Zip the relevant folder up and attach it to your post.

    Windows

    OS X
    Linux
    Posting Launcher logs
If you are reporting an issue with multiplayer connectivity, please include your launcher log file. Launcher logs are wiped each time the game is started. You can find this file in the following location based on OS:

    Windows

    OS X
    Linux

    Thanks!

    ~/Library/Logs/Unity/Player.log

Easy thing to do: Open terminal and type "Open ~/Library/Logs/Unity/"

And on Linux this would be where? A quick search for output_log.txt has not produced any result.

I asked @Erich Hoover about this:
(Also he says you can specify the log location with -logfile, if you prefer.)

Thank you very much. (It would help if they just decided on one filename for all systems :) )

It seems like on my machine, the Data folder is called WFTO_Data instead. If this is a permanent change, you may want to update your post.

    Hi Robert232323,

Sorry for the confusion, this is the correct information that we require but in the future please include it with your posts on specific bugs rather than in this thread. By keeping it in the appropriate threads we can easily find your system info when required rather than having to come back here and searching for it, you can imagine if everyone posted here how much time that would take from us. :)

    I've edited your original report.

    Hi Chris,

Please follow all of the instructions in the OP and post a new thread. We can't do much with just your specs.

I will say however that the game is unlikely to run well on the integrated Intel card right now, please see the system requirements on the Steam store page.

Maybe change the know issues thread to 0.5 instead of linking to 0.4
