Hello! If you are reading this, you probably want to report a bug!

Please be sure to do the following:
    • Specify your platform
      • OS (Windows, Mac, Linux)
      • Version (XP, 7, Ubuntu, Lion, etc)
      • 64/32bit
        • Ram
        • CPU
        • GPU
    • Specify the build you are using (there will be a timestamp visible on the main menu)
    • Include as much information as possible (what map you were on, screenshots, videos, etc)
    • Include an output log, crash report or launcher log as required (see below for info)
    • Scan through the Bug Reports forum to ensure your issue hasn't already been posted
    • Check to make sure that your bug isn't listed in the known issues
    • Only post one bug per thread
    • Only post bug reports in the bug reports forum
    Posting Output Logs
In addition, a log is created by the game every time you play. Posting this will help resolve some issues. Please note that this file is wiped every time the game launches, so ensure the bug you are reporting happened during your last play session. The location of the log can be found in the following location based on OS:
    Windows
    OS X
    Linux

    Posting Crash Reports
If you are reporting a crash, please include the crash report. These are stored in time-stamped folders within the game directory. Zip the relevant folder up and attach it to your post.

    Windows

    OS X
    Linux
    Posting Launcher logs
If you are reporting an issue with multiplayer connectivity, please include your launcher log file. Launcher logs are wiped each time the game is started. You can find this file in the following location based on OS:

    Windows

    OS X
    Linux

    Hello!

Some people have been wondering what these tags mean, so I'll give you a quick explanation:
    • New: This is a new bug report which hasn't been confirmed by our QA team yet. Reports will often remain like this if insufficient information is provided - please see this post for details.
    • Accepted: This bug report has been verified by our QA team or the code team and an internal ticket has been created (often you will see a number in brackets added to the thread title, this is the ticket number).
    • Completed: This bug has been fixed in our internal build, this usually means that the the bug will be fixed whenever we push the next patch. To reiterate: The fix will not be available right away and you will need to wait for the next patch.
    • Can't Reproduce: This bug has been tested by our QA team and they were unable to reproduce it. Again, it may be that more information is required (see the post linked above for details).
Please let us know if you have any questions regarding this!
